For domestic orders, we ship using USPS and UPS. Most orders arrive 2-7 days after processing is complete and shipment notification email has been sent out. Please allow 1-2 days for processing & packaging your purchase.
We will provide your with a tracking number for your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, if this does happen please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.
For International Orders we ship using DHL, UPS and USPS. Customers that live outside of the US are responsible for any Duties/VAT that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item doesn't work out, we want to take care of you! We offer returns for store credit or a full refund of the original payment method for all UNUSED ITEMS returned within 7 days of receiving your package. If you prefer to exchange your item, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card once we receive the original item back in the mail.
Please be sure that items are returned in good condition and that the original packaging is used if possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If an item is damaged please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the bag & we'll take care of you!
